256KiB 15ns cache SRAM kit for 486 and Pentium machines.
Tested. Beware of fake SRAM.
I also have single SRAM ICs for sale, and can make up different kits.
This listing is for:
9 x 32K*8 ICs
Can also do a kit with 4 x 64K*8 + 1 x 32K*8, which some motherboards need instead.
Also have 1MiB cache kits for sale too.
Check your motherboard manual or TotalHardware99 for the required cache ICs and jumper settings.
The model of SRAM you receive may not match the photo, but may be a 100% compatible part instead.
