My policy
: This item is used and it was fully-functional when I personally removed it from service. Although I have not tested it since then, it has been stored carefully and should be in good working condition. However, I cannot guarantee that - some of my electronics are over 25 years old - and as a small seller of personally-owned items, often one of a kind, I cannot accept returns.
